The Institut Pasteur recruiting a computational biologist to work on SARS-CoV-2 and RNA viruses genomic epidemiology.

The National Reference Center for viruses of respiratory infections and the Bioinformatics Hub at Institut Pasteur, in collaboration with the G5 Evolutionary Genomics of RNA viruses, are recruiting a computational biologist to work on SARS-CoV-2 and RNA viruses genomic epidemiology.

The main topic of this post-doc will be to adapt and apply state of the art approaches to track the evolution and spread of RNA viruses, and in particular SARS-CoV-2. This includes incorporating virus genomic data with other parameters such as population densities, human mobilities or epidemiological data.
