Senior Research Fellow – Bayesian Modelling & AI for Epidemic Preparedness, Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, NUS (Singapore)

CERM at NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health is seeking a Senior Research Fellow to lead research across Bayesian infectious disease modelling, AI-driven epidemic forecasting, and genomic epidemiology. The role offers significant autonomy, mentorship responsibilities, and engagement with collaborators across Singapore, regional partners and Europe. Requires a PhD + 2 years postdoc experience in statistics, biostatistics, computational biology, epidemiology, computer science, or a
closely related discipline, along with strong PPL skills (Stan/NumPyro/PyMC), and proficiency in Python/R.
