Seeking a Research Assistant /Associate to join our team of Mathematical Immunologists at Imperial College London.

We are seeking a Research Assistant or Research Associate with a background in a theoretical discipline (eg maths, physics, bioinformatics) to join our team of Mathematical Immunologists at Imperial College London under the guidance of Dr Becca Asquith.
You will work on an interdisciplinary project, funded by the Wellcome Trust, which is a collaboration between theorists, clinicians and experimental immunologists. The aim of the project is to understand the relationship between host genetics, CD8+ T cell dynamics and immune control of chronic virus infections including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1), hepatitis C virus (HCV) and human T cell leukemia virus (HTLV-1). This project follows on from previous studies from our group e.g. Boelen et al Science Immunology 2018, Costa del Amo et al PLOS Biology 2018, Patel et al JEM 2017.
Your role will be to develop novel models and approaches to analyse and interpret new experimental data using a range of theoretical techniques (including ordinary differential equation modelling, multivariate regression, and frequentist and/or Bayesian parameter inference).
