The postholder will use a unique dataset from a multi-year cluster-randomised vaccine trial in Vietnam to understand the epidemiology of drug resistant pneumococcal carriage in children. The Research Fellow will lead the bioinformatics analysis for the drug resistance endpoints of the trial. The position offers exceptional opportunities for methodological advancements as well as public health impact in the priority area of antimicrobial resistance.
