Research Associate or Postdoctoral Research in Emerging RNA viruses
We’re seeking a highly motivated Research Associate or Postdoctoral Research to join our research team. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our understanding of emerging RNA viruses and their diseases through spatial, epidemiological, and statistical analysis

In this role, you will:
Analyze data to understand the transmission dynamics of arboviruses and emerging RNA viruses
Develop and apply statistical and machine learning models to address challenging virological questions
Collaborate with researchers to interpret diverse biological and epidemiological datasets
You are a great fit if you have:
Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a closely related field (PhD preferred for Postdoctoral Research)
Strong programming proficiency in R, Python, or C++ (experience with all three a plus)
Solid foundation in statistical analysis and familiarity with spatial epidemiology
Experience with machine learning models for analyzing biological and epidemiological datasets (preferred, especially for Postdoctoral Research)
