The Program Manager will play a central role in overseeing the execution and management of all functions within an innovative transdisciplinary Center at the University of California, Davis. The Program Manager will act as the secondary point-of-contact to the Lead PI for all Center activities and ensure all operations are executed efficiently, resources are properly managed, and milestones are achieved on time. This position will be responsible for coordinating the diverse efforts of a large transdisciplinary research team and integrating inputs from biological, environmental, social, engineering, and computational sciences to advance a bold mission. The position will support the PIs in strategic planning, implementation, and completion of initiatives and requires proactive leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to facilitate effective communication across multiple research disciplines and stakeholders.
