The CVR hosts around 240 people working on a broad spectrum of researchers working on human viral diseases and viruses at the human-animal interface. We are a computational group working in that context, collaborating strongly with clinical and experimental groups to build a greater, and more holistic, understanding of viral disease. Our work encompasses questions of viral growth, virus evolution, and virus transmission. We are looking for an individual with strong quantitative skills, the ability to communicate and engage with experts in other fields of research, and the flexibility to build ideas that go beyond the boundaries of their own discipline.
