We are recruiting a postdoctoral scholar to join our CDC Center of Excellence in wastewater surveillance. The scholar will bring expertise in genetic epidemiology or bioinformatics to support our development of various outbreak response and infectious disease modeling tools. The Center of Excellence is a collaboration with the New York State Department of Health.

Syracuse, New York is a beautiful temperate climate with low cost of living and a vibrant community. Winters are long and summers are beautiful. Syracuse is located about 4 hours from New YOrk City, Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh.
