Pathogen genomics + infectious disease modeling at Yale School of Public Health

Dan Weinberger and Nate Grubaugh at the Yale School of Public Health (Yale Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases) are looking to hire multiple research positions in pathogen genomics to join our exciting genomics and public health modeling teams.

These positions will be postdoctoral (graduation within past 5 years) and/or postgraduate (MPH/MS graduation this year) trainees with expertise in microbial/virus sequencing and bioinformatics workflows, interest in working with respiratory pathogens, including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, RSV, and/or hMPV, and propensity for project management.
