The Health Emergencies Center is looking for someone to conduct analyses of the spatio-temporal transmission of infectious diseases and their control, using mathematical and computational models. Key responsibilities include conducting and managing research, publishing papers in leading journals, presenting results to decision makers.

Main Tasks:
Development of mathematical models of infectious diseases transmission and control
Software implementation of models and management of code
Use of Bayesian techniques (MCMC) for model calibration and parameter estimation
Preparation of scientific manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals
