Approx 2 year position within CMMID / LSHTM working on analysis and modelling of poliovirus globally. Main objectives are I) development and evaluation of risk models that will be used to inform vaccination campaigns, utilising unique surveillance datasets, 2) data collection to inform models, 3) providing input on global eradication strategy.
