Exciting international One Health project at the new Quadram Institute in genomic epidemiology of antimicrobial resistance

A great opportunity for an early career scientist (with MSc or PhD) to work on bacterial genomics, phylogeny, epidemiology and modelling of extended-spectrum cephalosporin resistance in Gram negative bacteria. It's an exciting international One Health project at the new Quadram Institute in Norwich, working with collaborators in Canada, UK, France and Germany, and the aim is to understand the transmission of antimicrobial resistance between humans, animals, food and countries. An already collated, brand new dataset is ready to analyse.
