Desirable skills include extensive experience in a variety of next generation sequencing (NGS) platforms, detailed analysis of NGS data, and combining sequence data with electronic health record/epidemiologic data to make inferences about pathogen transmission. There are ample opportunities for collaboration across the University and for a joint academic appointment in the Graduate School of Public Health.
