3 Research Associate positions contributing to our COVID-19 and other statistical epidemiology research
Fantastic opportunity for 3 enthusiastic and independent Research Associates, interested in development and application of statistical methods to support population health-related decision making in the area of infectious diseases, to join Daniela De Angelis' group. The roles will be part of a cross-institution research team, working on a number of projects related to the response to the COVID-19 pandemic and other infectious diseases. Current projects include: (a) development and application of methods for evaluation of interventions/programs to reduce transmission of infection; (b) development of existing models for real-time monitoring of the CoVID-19 pandemic; (c) longitudinal analysis of bio-markers in infection/reinfection studies; (d) analysis and synthesis of evidence from multiple data streams (e.g. surveillance data and population surveys) for incidence and prevalence estimation and prediction.
