We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated mathematic modeller to join an international collaborative project evaluating community interventions to reduce bacterial antimicrobial resistance in Burkina Faso and The Democratic Republic of the Congo. The work will include applying and, where necessary, developing methods for analysing longitudinal household carriage data accounting for imperfect screening sensitivity and making use of genomic data. It is anticipated that this will make use of data-augmented Markov chain Monte Carlo methods.
