Mathematical epidemiologist supporting several projects on eco-epidemiology of infectious disease

The postdoctoral fellow will be working as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop mathematical and statistical models to support several ongoing projects focuses on the eco-epidemiology of infectious disease. This will include projects on near real-time prediction of vector-borne disease risk, phylogeographic modeling of non-pathogenic viruses to estimate mosquito dispersal, and understanding how weather-dependent human behavior impacts infectious disease exposure rates.
