We are hiring a post-doc in P. falciparum genomic epidemiology, to be based in Marseille, with regular trips to Montpellier
The main aim of the project is to characterise P. falciparum genetic diversity at local level (household/village) in South-Eastern Senegal, using genetic barcodes and whole genome sequencing data, with bioinformatics, Machine Learning and spatial epidemiology approaches. This first observational work will be followed by a before/after MDA analysis.
